Use mild dishwashing liquids. This also applies to the rinse aid. Pay attention to the water hardness and balance it with regenerative salt. Due to the use of strong cleaning agents and increased water hardness, glass damage (tarnishing) can occur.
inserting dishes into the dishwasher, make sure that the glass products do not lie on top of each other or touch other dishes. There is a risk that they may scratch or crack during the washing cycle (hitting or rubbing against other dishes)
after the washing cycle is completed, open the dishwasher door as soon as possible; condensed vapors in the dishwasher have a negative effect on the glass
products decorated with gold, platinum, dyed or engraved are not dishwasher safe.
Such products should be washed by hand in lukewarm water, using a soft sponge and mild, non-aggressive detergent. After washing, wipe the glass with a soft cloth.
